🧂 Ingredients:

  • 1 packet Maggi noodles (or any instant noodles)
  • 1 ½ cups water
  • 1 tablespoon homemade hot chili oil (adjust to taste)
  • 1 teaspoon oil (optional, for sautéing)
  • 1 clove garlic, finely chopped
  • 1 green chili, sliced (optional for extra heat)
  • 1 tablespoon soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon spring onions (green part only), chopped
  • Maggi taste-maker or seasoning packet

👨‍🍳 Instructions:

  1. Sauté Aromatics:
Heat a pan and add 1 tsp of oil (or skip if using enough chili oil). Add garlic and green chili, sauté for 30 seconds until fragrant.
  2. Add Water & Noodles:
Pour in water and bring it to a boil. Add the Maggi noodles and cook for a minute.
  3. Season It:
Add the taste-maker packet, soy sauce, and 1 tablespoon of chili oil. Stir well to combine.
  4. Simmer & Finish:
Let it simmer until the noodles are cooked and the sauce thickens slightly. Turn off the heat.
  5. Garnish & Serve:
Top with spring onions and an extra drizzle of chili oil if you dare! Serve hot.

💡 Tips:

  • Customize Heat: Adjust the amount of chili oil and green chili to your spice tolerance.
  • Add Veggies: Throw in some julienned carrots, capsicum, or cabbage for extra crunch.
  • Protein Boost: Add a fried or boiled egg for a fuller meal.
  • Noodle Type: Works great with Maggi, Top Ramen, or any instant noodles.
