A quick and flavorful egg stir-fry tossed with garlic, onions, green chilies, and your signature homemade chili oil. Perfect as a side or with hot steamed rice or roti.


🧂 Ingredients:

  • 3 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons homemade hot chili oil
  • 1 tablespoon regular cooking oil (optional, for scrambling)
  • 1 small onion, thinly sliced
  • 1-2 green chilies, chopped (adjust to spice level)
  • 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh coriander leaves (for garnish)
